How about a fast forward feature...........please.

As I slowly grow my Activerain associates list I find that I come across posts while blogging that I would like to share with them. I think it would be great to have a "forward" button that would bring up my associates list so I would be able to send relevant or interesting posts to my colleagues. I think a perfect location would be right next to the bookmark button at the bottom of the post.

Would any other Activerainers be interested in a feature like this?

yes, i'd like a "forward to associate" feature, an "email to friend" feature, where the friend isn't necessarily part of AR and an "email post and invite to join" feature to send to a colleague to show them what they are missing on AR and why they should join.

I'm behind you on that one. Right now I just email the page or a link to it using the tab on my browser. That works well enough for those names that are in my address book, but not so well for some of the people in AR who are not in my address book.

I think that it is a good idea, but you can also insert the post as a hyperlink in the body of an email.

I would also suggest that there could be a section on the the member's homepage, in the area that links to associates that would link to "blogs my associates recommend for me to read". Possibly this could be combined with the bookmark feature. "Bookmark for a Friend" button could be added to the blog itself. It might be nice to be able to bookmark a blog topic for an entire grouping of your associates, as well.
