These are exciting times for us all and for me in New York and here on Long Island. First we have the Yankees winning the World Series and parading down the 'Canyon of Heroes'; then a new Legislature in Nassau County, L.I. promising much needed property and business tax reform; extension and expansion of the Homebuyer Tax Credit; finally and most importantly my Marriage date has been set for next September. Whew, what more can I ask for to motivate me. I need to edit my 2010 Business Plan right away.
Jeff, first of all...congratulations on your upcoming marriage - and welcome to Active Rain. Lots of awesome people here! ;-)
Thankyou 'Lady In Red'. I'm still trying to get the hang of it. If I write as much as I talk (according to my fiancee), then I'll be ok. Part of my 2010 Business Plan is to start a team of professionals serving the 50+ crowd. The 2nd is to consult with homeowners who may be in financial distress. I already have a 'Team' of professionals working this market. The 3rd is to work closely with Investors and First-Time Homebuyers. Whew, that's all from me right now.
I hope you have put your business plan together by now. You don't have much time. Congrats on your forthcoming marriage.
Thanks Jane for the well wishes. I'm looking forward to our marriage. Yes, I have been putting into action my 2010 Business Plan. I'm working three different markets and solidifying my internet presence. It's been alot of work but I see great promise in doing so. I also received Blog training through Activerain so I hope not to look like an amateur. Thanks again Jane; the best to you in 2010.
