There are too many times we hear and read about the trials and tribulations of being a REALTOR. Not to say that we do not go through these ups and downs. However, if you stop to think about it there are so many aspects of real estate that make us happy. When we are having a particularly tough time we can think about some of these things and, hopefully, feel much better.
These are some of the things we hear that make us feel good:
- I see your signs all over the place.
- I read your blog.
- When I search for real estate on the Internet you name keeps popping up.
- You have been so patient with me.
- We would not have gotten this house if it wasn't for you.
- We didn't know which way to turn until we met you.
- You priced our house right and made it possible for us to get it sold.
- You looked out for our best interest and we appreciate that.
- Your marketing plan was the perfect one for our place.
- I'm glad we listened to you about preparing our home before putting it on the market.
- If I ever know of anyone looking for a REALTOR, I will certainly recommend you.
- I was referred to you by a friend.
- You've shared so much about this area with us we're going to feel right at home.
- Thanks for really listening to us.
- My mom is going to need someone to hold her hand through the process and we were told you would.
- You're a real problem solver. This sale may not have worked if you had not been our REALTOR.
- You made sure we saw enough homes to have a good idea of what's available.
