I recently graduated from Distressed Property Institute. So to  homeowners in Port St Lucie who are ready to give up and let their property go into foreclosure - help is on your way. Did you learn anything from the CDPE class that you hadn't already learned through experience??

Did I learn anything new? Maybe not about process itself ( class is a little outdated), but some interesting things about different laws, investor scams, etc.
