Colorado Springs Realtor - Cherise Selley - 2010 New Economy
This blog was posted today by my broker, Cherise Selley, and our COO Gordon Selley. As I think it speaks to what many of us are beginning to sense and experience I felt it beneficial to re-blog. There is infectious optimism and tremendous momentum in our office. This doesn't come by accident but through consistently seeing the glass as half full and tenaciously trying to fill the other half.
More than ever, in the new economy, Realtors need to give guidance and stability by professionally providing solutions. We also need to share enthusiastically the optimism that is beginning to take root.
Let's make optimism the byword for 2010.
Cherise Selley, who is a Colorado Springs Realtor, openly discusses some of the trends for 2010. Specifically as this relates to Colorado Springs Real Estate and the local economy, it seems as if some of the worst fears have dissipated among sellers, buyers and investors. Perception is turning into reality. People are moving onward by relying on Colorado Springs Realtors to help with the mechanics of the Colorado Springs Real Estate deal, regardless of the perceived obstacles. Attitudes have shifted from unknown panic to resolve. Optimism seems to be percolating for everyone involved with the 2010 market.
