t" and their website gives you all of this information on line.
Northwest Trustee Services is another familiar company that handles many sales here in the Pacific Northwest. You can find their auction dates here.
So many of our real estate transactions are now short sales with Trustees Sales looming. Your title report can only give you information that is "of record" and once the sale has been postponed due to a short sale negotiation, we are a little more challenged to get this information in writing. We want our escrows closing at least a week prior to the Trustees Sales whenever possible.
