I awoke at 4:04am this morning and my first thought was "why hire ME" to represent BUYERS and SELLERS in Idaho? I just answered my own question. I awoke and my first thought was WHY HIRE ME! Sure there are some other reasons like:
•· An Understanding of the market and Real Estate Investing
•· Great Negotiation skills (and people skills)
•· I will assist in mortgage approval (work closely with bankers)
•· I understand Distressed Property
•· I respond fast to calls, emails and web inquires
I continue to study, learn and adapt. A home or RE investment is the biggest purchase decision in most people's life. People hire me because they can trust me to represent them. I am passionate about Real Estate. I watched a web podcast a few days ago and Buffini said "If you're not sure about the intrinsic value of real estate you should not be in the business". I agree, I own and invest in Real Estate because I believe in it.
