Home sales activity in Coventry at Anthem, a neighborhood in the master-planned community of Anthem in Henderson, NV dipped slightly in the 2nd quarter of 2007. Eleven homes closed in the second quarter, compared to 14 in the first quarter.
Existing resale inventory has climbed to 31 homes, up about 20% since earlier in the year. Only one home is currently in escrow. To succeed in this market, pricing competitively and keeping the home in great showing condition are very important. Homes in Coventry at Anthem offer affordable luxury and outstanding nearby amenities.
