UPDATE: Hours away from Foreclosure Auction - can it be stopped?

It's a great day! I posted on this Short Sale property yesterday here in Coral Springs Florida in regards to trying to get the foreclosure auction sale date stopped today - we did it; Foreclosure auction sale scheduled for today has been postponed.

In addition, I also received Bank of America's written approval for the new purchase price as per the Buyer's lower than purchase price appraised value. Should be closing in about 10 days.

Never, never, never quit! I'm so thankful to have the persistence gene!

Lynn, good for you ~ being persistent until you got the result you want! Unfortunately, stopping forecosures is a big part of our business right now ~ although it shouldn't be!
