Have you Topeka'd today? Google was so honored when the mayor of Topeka, Kansas announced last month that the city's name would be changed to "Google, KS" that they decided to change the name of its company to Topeka. Somehow, it's just not the same to "Topeka" instead of "Google". And, does this now mean we have to strive for more "Topeka juice"? That just sounds nasty! And now we have to use Topeka Maps to find the locations of cities, businesses, etc, Topeka Bookmarks to tag our favorite sites, Topeka News to find out what's going on in the world and Topeka Profiles to market ourselves. Somehow, I think we will be Googling again tomorrow. Just a hunch!

So that's whats going on! I thought it was just an April fools joke. I didn't know about Topeka wanting to change it's name. Or is THAT an April Fools Joke Too?

Yes, I agree. Topeka Buzz today and Google Buzz tomorrow. Aren't they funny though? That was the first thing I checked this morning. Their pranks always humor me.
