Where is Silverleaf?

Silverleaf is a very posh area in North Scottsdale. Arcadia at Silverleaf is a small enclave of around 80 homes/sites in North Scottsdale. These custom North Scottsdale luxury homes sit on the South side of Thompson Peak Parkway in the DC Ranch Master Planned Community. Arcadia at Silverleaf is a gated community though not on the North Side of Silverleaf gates.

Arcadia Silverleaf truly has some of the most amazing homes! However, many of the homes were purchased and/or built during our boom and now seeing the effects of North Scottsdale Foreclosures. The foreclosures in Arcadia at Silverleaf that have sold are well below purchase price!

Who would want to buy in Arcadia at Silverleaf? Those with a little paitence and vision! This still has all the opportunity in the world to become a wonderful North Scottsdale Community!
