The following report is for the 1st Quarter sales of single family homes in Northwest Allen County, Indiana. These figures do not include auctions. The townships included in this area are Eel River, Lake and Perry (FWAMLS AL01), while these figures are not guaranteed they are deemed reliable.
Homes sales were up for the Qtr 24 units (27%) over the same time period in 2009, Median Cumulative Days on Market improved substantially for the area by 45 days or 41% and the median price per square foot (pps) improved slightly to $78.25 up 1.3% for the quarter
The Median Sales Price remained steady at $152,950 up slightly over the same time frame from 2009
Activity will probably remain strong in this area at least until the Tax Credits expire for the 2nd Quarter of 2010. A popular area with strong schools provides for a relatively steady Real Estate Market in Northwest Allen County.
