Laurie Mindnich was nice enough to ask where the heck I was recently, and I told her I was on vacation.
Well, that was last week, and this week that's no longer where I am. This week I'm just out of phase with ActiveRain, and not writing anything much.
To think that a mere two weeks ago, I was racking up points with the best of them.
This week I'm trying to get my head back around social networks, and doing all kinds of low tech things, like cleaning off my desk, shoveling pea gravel and dieting.
A guy knocked on my door today, and introduced himself as Michael Jones, a Broker from Prudential. So I introduced myself back as John Lockwood, a broker from Elite Properties. He still tried to list my house.
Maybe he didn't believe me.
I'm trying to figure out what to do with ParticleWave.com, an extremely search engine seasoned site with a bunch of junk on it. Please don't go look at it. I just told you: it's a bunch of junk. Really.
But for a bunch of junk, it has great search cred. It's listed on dmoz, for example, something that's been impossible to do since the sixteenth century.
I could turn it into yet another local real estate site, or make a statewide or national listing or social networking site out of it.
I'd kind of like to try something new.
