What did we do before the Internet? Trust me, I'm not one who thinks the Internet is world-peace and happiness personified. However, it sure makes Real Estate easier with all the web-based applications for forms and information. I am very close to being virtually paperless. I hope to have a paperless transaction this year. In the back of my mind I wonder what would happen with the loss of the internet....
