Man ole man I know I have some and believe me they are difficult if not downright impossible to get rid of them. You can run and hide but they will find you wherever you may go. Each office has them and I don't really have any good news except avoid them when you can the meaning of kibitzer: a giver of unwanted advice or meddler in other affairs. I am a one woman office HOWEVER I can distracted when residents come in to pay their rent...I try to discourage this by providing SAE with the lease * otherwise it is 10 minutes of my day GONE!!!
Yes, we can always find people to waste our time. All you have to say is that you are too busy to chat at the moment and wish them a happy day.

Having my home office, I don't have to deal with that. My little Yorkie comes in several times a day to check on me, jump in my lab and give me a lick under the chin. But that's a 30 second pleasant distraction.
