The 1 home that closed was a regular resale. No short sale or REO property. The listing price was $239,900 and the sold price is $267,500 with property taxes of $7,478 It was on the market for 20 days and located on Van Buren Street. The entire inside of the home needed updating. It was priced below market value, hence a bidding war occurred.
