This week I listed a beautiful condo just steps from the Clarendon metro. Under contract in 4 days. Listed at $574,000
Wowser! Here are a couple of reasons:
Interest rates, interest rates, interest rates......did I mention interest rates? They make me want to go out and buy another house.
These homes were better then their competition at the price they were listed. Better maintained, better updating, better location. If you want to sell your home it's got to be better or priced better. Either one will get it done.
The owners priced the homes realistically. Even though the homes are exceptional, the owners did not get unrealistic about what people might be willing to pay. In this market you'll get a little more for being alot better.
Photos on the internet. I like to think I am a decent photographer but recently I started using a pro. It costs money but the results speak for themselves. I make sure lots of photos get posted everywhere. I think it makes a difference.
