Fort Lauderdale Real Estate is a HOT (no pun intended) commodity!
Some agents here in SE Florida are complaining about not being busy...however, those of us that work full time are reaping the benefits of Fort Lauderdale beach condo's and homes.
That is MY specialty, and I am fortunate enough to have continued success.
The market here on the beach is still at asking price or within 1.1% of asking price. We have gone from 29 months of inventory January a year ago to 13 months just last month.
Don't think you can buy east of Federal Highway (US1) on the beach direct ocean - definitely full price, with a view from your porch ( maybe a small discount but not more than 1.1% of asking)...Prices here are holding steady.
