Although Lake Ridge is a subdivision, with 38,000 residents it is larger than many towns. It is not at all unusual then for the Prince William County Public Library System to operate two libraries in the Lake Ridge area. Folks who live in other subdivisions have to come to Lake Ridge to use a library. That keeps Lake Ridge and all its' advantages in the public's mind. It certainly can't hurt property value to know our subdivision has all the features of a town or small city.It is refreshing that Prince William County has such an interest in libraries and as you visit the sites of these libraries you will note everything is state-of-the art. Additionally, the library hosts musical performances by a wide variety of musical groups, theater groups, art shows, children's entertainment and much more. These are not your grandmother's llibraries
