Is Friday the 13th Bad Luck???

Hopefully everyone's day went well despite it being a Friday the 13th!

Not that I'm toooooooo superstious, but, I did change a Closing from today and Closed it on Wednesday. In these trying times I didn't want to take any chances.

If you'd like to read some about how the fear of Friday and the number 13 and bad luck came all about this article will help explain.

There's even a phobia named for extreme fear of Friday the 13th. Amazing.

Probably not....My day today was pretty good with all my computers tweaked by the tech, 2 new clients, sent out a referral, shopped for groceries and visited w/ Mom. All done with no problems today. YAY!

No, no no! Friday the 13th has always been good luck for me. My second daughter was born on a Friday the 13th, and today my husband who has been out of work for 15 months got hired for the perfect job for him and one he knows he will love, with a great company. Those are just 2 of my happy 13ths.

Hi Karen -- Actually I have no fears of the Friday the 13th myths but many folks do have strong superstitions. And indeed that could be bad luck! I can remember my aunt would only go out the door she had entered through.

Yes, what a blessing for Susan, husband and family. Not only that, her hubby got a job he had hoped for.

I would consider it bad luck but that's me. I don't like the number 13 although my softball number was 13# . I don't step on cracks or pick up pennies on tails or open an umbrella in the house but again that's just me typical Megan.
