SHORT-SALES = Dysfunctional Disneyland ... a land filled with folks who suffer from Schizophrenia and Attention Deficient Disorder. Banks require you to take an ETicket ride through hell. I want more agents, short-sale forums & companies telling me how to not play their Mickey Mouse games.
I help people avoid foreclsure because ... "There is....no place like home" and by learning everything I can. I am gonna make sure I do everything to keep mine!

I have been their fan for about 9 months. Yet these guys don't know that. Kauffman and Weaver, you have about 30 followers in my little area of CA that discuss their video weekly.
They are spot on! These guys at Short Sale Power Hour make the playing field a little more level by being blatantly honest about exposing the insanity of the world of short sales. Like the movie "The Wizard of OZ" they persistently just pushed back the curtain to reveal who is behind there. The Banks don't want us Short-Sale agents to figure out that the Wizard is the same guy who tried to sell you snake oil earlier in the movie.
Dudes keep divulging the truth about the Wicked Witch and keep throwing water at her until she has melted down into a puddle.
