Earlier I posted as snippet about a "New Band" with older, experienced musicians that is taking the Metro Detroit area to fun heights.

Five musicians;
Five males who could be in a movie showcasing muscle & brawn;
Five musicians who have a plethora of experience over the years;
Five middle-aged males with muscles and Musicality;
Five reasons to never write-off the Middle-aged;
...How can they go wrong.

Introducing:   Mid Life Crisis
...drummer & band manager  = Tom Prokuda
...bassist                          =  Dennis Ferrand
...lead guitarist                  =  Brad Pike
...keyboard                       =  Wane link
...singer & rhythm guitarist  =  Duane Compton

Tom, explaining the 6 mo-ago start-up of MLC stated that though they all were pretty much done with music,
"..we had to do it one more time because it's the one thing that makes us all feel young again."

Good for you, guys;  show those young'uns how it is done.
Looking forward to actually hearing your music.

Upcoming shows include:
Sept. 18, 2010   at the Blue Angels Club  in Detroit
Sept. 24, 2010   at Santino's in Washington Twp
Oct. 6 , 2010     at the Dwag House on Groesbeck & Metropolitan Parkway [ 16 Mile Rd ]
Nov. 8 , 2010     at Santino's in Washington Twp.

They play a variety of music and remind fans of the 'old school-rock bands of the 70's & the 80's
At this typing, they are working on a web site for fans.
They presently are on Facebook.
