Virtual Office and Meeting Space Available at Sococo

By
Education & Training with Retired Executive Director of Education at eXp Non-Licensed

Recently, I shared a "Virtual" Office concept using a new technology for Internet users around the globe.  This would also apply to those of you who have teams scattered all over town, all over the county, and possibly all over the Country.  Imagine having a virtual meeting/office space where you could talk, chat via private chat, go into your own private office, sit at a conference table, or meet and greet people in your very own virtual lobby?

What if you could invite up to 50 people to attend a meeting, watch a presentation, attend a Buyer/Seller forum or just put on a seminar for your new or target clients?  Maybe a class, a group discussion, or just an opportunity to get together and catch up?

Brad Andersohn - Virtual Office

Sococo is a site that allows you to share screens, documents, chat, talk, meet, etc. with up to 50 users, and also provides you with a "virtual" setting much like a floor plan that allows you to move around from room to room, office to office and share content, ideas, and presentations with others.  The site gives easy access to video training and is very user friendly.  Just DOWNLOAD their software and you're ready to start inviting others and meeting "virtually!" It works on the PC and Windows, but they are working on a MAC version that will be announced at some point.

It's FREE!  It's FAST, and it's EASY.  It's also just another way to save you time and money.  You'll save gas, beat traffic, avoid accidents and bridge tolls.  No more weather restrictions, long distance phone bills, or delays due to unforeseen circumstances that lie outside your front door.  You're already communicating over the Internet, this is just a neat and fancy way to bring it all together in a fun and simple environment.  My Virtual office is up and running, take the Sococo penny tour for yourself then run off and create your own in minutes.

Your custom Office creations are ALL private and only accessible by others via an email invitation.

Sococo is leading the next generation of "virtual communication" tools and cutting edge systems for the web.  I think you'll love it and some of you will find some very practical applications where you can use this tool for your clients, associates, business relationships, or even family and friends.  Let's face it, most of us are already leading and living very busy Internet lives, making it easier and more virtual is a natural progression.

Lizette - it's worth checking out, I had someone tell em about it last week.

Don - free is great!

William - sounds like a great idea... let me know.

Maria - options are what it's all about, nice to know we have so many.

Elizabeth - we can meet in the courtyard, my virtual office or yours???  lol~  :-))

Jeff - Ocean views abound... I'm sure you can do better than that though.  haha~

Linda - I thought you might.

Robert - just use your imagination, I see multiple uses for a tool like this.

Ray - I tested it for a few days, then wrote about it yesterday.  I'm the same way my friend.

Todd - I had the same question?  It might not always be free, you know how that goes right?

Jim - The architectural visual is kinda neat I agree, but the concept..... not likely.

Dew - practical? Check it out.

Holly - I totally agree.  :-)

Gabe - It'll be there when you are.

Larry - Three great reasons I liked it!

Gerry - bring on the investigation team, let me know what you think?  :-)

A couple of weeks ago I got invited to a virtual meeting at eXp Real Estate. They use a softwared similar to this. It was a great meeting with their agents from all over the country. It took a little getting use to, but I got the hang of it after a few minutes. We were in a main lecture room for most of the time and you could break out and talk to individuals or smaller groups in different areas. Very cool...

Rene - I remember doing an exclusive interview with eXp Realty last year, we had a ton of interest in this new technology. They were/are the first and only company actually using the technology day in and day out to do business. A virtual Real Estate Brokerage that is not only using the technology, but growing and doing it successfully. Here's a video of the tour they gave me when I visited their office. Keep in mind, I never left my desk at my home office to do this.

I saw this concept in use in Honolulu recently at 2 offies. Both Prudential Waikiki and Coldwell Banker Kahala work on this concept. It looked great to me. Cuts the overhead while still providing great services and leaves more bottom line to share with the agents.

Thanks for the informative information.

Yes, the virtual office really assists the online business owners around the globe, by providing them an office space where they can talk, chat via private chat, sit at a conference table and also serving a business address at a nominal cost. Like Sococo, a virtual office is usually located in the best place of the country, at virtual office Australia, virtual office South Africa, etc., who not only provide these services around the globe but also plays a valuable role during the process of establishing the business. They also ensure that the business maintains a professional image which will support to increase the productivity of the business.
