Carole.

Mt. Airy is partly in Carroll and mostly in Frederick.  It's a very popular place for real estate.

But, VERY high Radon.

Thanks, Lenn. Of course my Mt. Airy reference is about food. They had (may still?) an awesome soft serve ice cream stand there

Lenn - I have been reading your posts and market reports on your blog for quite some time now, I'd be remiss if I didn't tell you that I am always impressed with how much you know in your area and how much you know altogether!  You are a wealth of information and knowledge! What an asset you are to Active Rain and to your community. You have a real gift and we're blessed you share it here. Thanks for a great blog and for always bringing your voice to those who really enjoy it.....like me!  Absolutely Awesome!!  Tried to give you a 10 but they still have it stop at 5!!  :-)

Lenn, I'm guessing that you have your posting photo's and descriptions to a science.  Your market analysis posts, that appear with such regularity for an interested consumer, would take me a month to complete.  Hell of a job, and much to aspire to.
