Planning a Wedding? | Check out Val Vista Lakes in Gilbert AZ
Val Vista Lakes is a Master Planned Community in north central Gilbert AZ, and the resort like Val Vista Lakes Clubhouse Grounds is one of the most spectacular backdrops for a wedding in the entire valley.
The ceremonies are held on the waterfront outside the clubhouse on a Grassy Oval with the man-made mountain and it's beautiful cascading waterfalls in the background. From the Grassy Oval, the bride and groom and guests have a wonderful view of the mountain, the large lake, the Sandy Beach Lagoon Pool, and the Superstition Mountains in the distance.
In the video below you'll see that the Grassy Oval has been prepared for a ceremony later that day. Notice that some children are playing in the lagoon pool. When the ceremony is about to begin, the Val Vista staff gets the area quiet so the ceremony can proceed without interruption.
After the ceremony, the bride and groom and guests can take boat rides to tour the Val Vista Lakes community and have cocktails in the Queen Palm gazebo and patio. Afterwards the reception and dinner is held inside the beautiful Val Vista Lakes Banquet Room with it's commanding view of the grounds and the lake.

While shooting this video, I happened to spot a Coi below one of the waterfalls, and he kept swimming up under the waterfall for a few seconds. He did this continuously while I was there.
Then I spotted a female Mallard sitting and resting near the top of one of the waterfalls, and I was able to zoom in for a close up shot without disturbing her.
