I have lived in Waikiki for almost 2 years. I had been to Hawaii several times throughout my life before moving to Waikiki. I knew I loved Hawaii and I also am an avid surfer for many years. Here are some things I love about Hawaii:

7. Greater restaurants- my favorite is Alan Wong's
8. Waikiki Beach, Sunset Beach, Sandy Beach
9. Wonderful Golf courses
10. The Friday night firework in Waikiki
11. Snorkeling
12. Paddle boarding
13. Hiking
14. The shrimp trailer on the North Shore
15. Duke's on Sunday Afternoon
16. Waikiki Shell events
17. BBQ in the park
18. A motorcycle ride around the island
19. Luau
20. Friends and family visiting from the mainland
21. Sushi and poke
22. Rainbows
23. Tradewinds
24. Gateway to the far east - I went to Bali, Taipei, Bangkok
25. I love the other islands too- Maui, Kaui. I plan to visit Lanai, Molokai, and the Big Island soon.
