Cinnamon - It only makes sense! I want to show this property to people who can actually afford to do the work that is needed. If I sell this property to someone who isn't properly prepared to buy it, they may only own the house a short time and it may cost them more than just money to get into and out of it. Many of the bank owned properties I am handling now were bank owned properties when the current owners bought them a few years ago. And now they are bank owned properties again. The stress of a family going through foreclosure is too costly and I want people who buy homes through me to be able to buy them and KEEP them.
