After a phenomenal summer, it is starting to slow down. I am now servicing Hoboken, NJ; Weehawken, NJ; North Bergen, NJ. This time of the year I'm not going to be turning away any business. Areas such as The Heights in Jersey City are areas which I formerly wouldn't work in, but now hey the rents are pretty affordable up there as opposed to downtown proper. It's just the Heights are so inconvenient to transportation, as most people want to be minutes from the PATH into Manhattan.
I previewed a phenomenal apartment building today. The Simone at 85 Maple St Weehawken, NJ. The building is beautiful, it has just been completed there are 50 apartments, 6 one bedrooms, 3 three bedrooms, and the rest are two bedrooms, they range in size from about 1000 sq ft for a one bedroom all the way up to about 1400-1600 sq ft in some of the two bedrooms and three bedrooms. It's really a great price and the bus into NYC is literally down the block.
There are 50 apartment in this really great building, and I am hoping to rent a lot of them. The building will be a condominium building and the renters will have the first shot at buying the apartment when the property goes on sale.
