We had a small turn out, even though we had a Full Page Advertisement in the Multiple Listing Service's Caravan Express. There were about twenty agents, a couple of potential buyers. Yes, these are the serious ones, they did not wait for the "Public Open House" which will be on Sunday.
Interestingly we had about four or five of the neighbors that came over and looked at the Unit and they had lunch and we talked about the real estate market, the history of the Condominium Building, all in all we had fun.
