Yarmouth Maine's Real Estate Market had a strong month in October 2010. The Homes for Sales in the Coastal Maine's town saw 11 transactions close in October, and increase of 57% from October 2009 and an even larger increase of 83% from September of this year. Median pricing was reported at 285K for October, up 4% from 2009 and up 14% from September 2010. Although the Yarmouth Maine Real Estate Market saw higher sales prices these numbers had a positive effect on the median days on the Market per house in October. The median days on market was 45, down 32% from last year and down 25% from September 2009.
