And on Friday, December 3rd, 2010, from 4pm to 9pm at River Center Plaza, you can participate in one of Baton Rouge's oldest traditions: THE FESTIVAL OF LIGHTS. The 35 foot Christmas Tree at 3rd and North will light up the winter sky. Roaming performers like magicians, baloon artist, stilt walkers, will thrill the hears of children of all ages.
For over 20 years, the Downtown Development District has initiated, incubated, and supported partnerships that develop and enhance downtown Baton Rouge.
