The last suprize gift anyone wants to see after the holidays is a FLOODED HOME!
With over $140,000 in damages due to a heater malfunction and low temperatures, my friends came back home to the horror and devistation of a flooded home. With drywall everywhere, ruined electronics just received from Christmas, their eyes panned the rooms where water now sat, rivers flowing from ceilings and moisture in the windows. You can't begin to understand the feelings they have knowing so much is ruined.
