As of today it takes the average home in Fullerton 99 days to be sold. That fact alone is not too surprising, but the average price being $505,455 is very startling. In this age of low priced homes, it has shocked us that the average can be that high. Fullerton homes for sale are usually a little higher in price than the typical cities, but $505,000 is still very high. We would have expected the actual selling price average to be about $440,000 -- but that sure is not the case. There are still lots of homes selling for around $350,000 to $400,000 but there are a lot of $600,000 homes driving up the average price.
Fullerton real estate is alive and well, still a "destination city".
