I am a property manager in Honolulu, Hawaii. I lease homes and apartments. I take hundreds of calls each week. It amazes me that on my voicemail, I tell people to leave their name and number, when they want to move and which property they are interested in. I also tell them to check the Rental Solutions Oahu website for available properties.
Most people either hang up or just leave a number. Then I call them back and they do not answer and I do not know what information they want which is another phone call and more wasted time for each of us.
I wish people would say what information they need when they leave a message to save both of us time and energy.
