Gen Blue..... Is that You?

Hello Gen Blue!

As a Realtor, I always get excited about the new technology that becomes available daily from the internet!  Tech Savvy Realtor has been a great source of information for the new generation of buyers and sellers.  Yes, Real Estate activity seems to be driven by the internet more and more.   But let's face it.....  even with the highest Gen X technology , Realtors are still needed in the purchasing & selling of homes.

It can be a daily challenge to use Blogs, Video casting, Facebook and Twitter while trying to connect with clients, but only if you take the Real Estate and fun out of the equation!  I have found blogging helps give me a voice about my community!  Video casting let's me share not only homes, but wonderful activities and places our Fremont Community has to offer!  Without even knowing it, I think it gives us an opportunity to build a relationship prior to a face to face appointment. 

I am excited to share my blogs and video casting and have this be a building block to some great client relationships!       

So Tech Savvy buyers and sellers, let's take Fremont by storm and hit the Gen Blue HIghway!
