Lynchburg VA Loft Tour

Lynchburg VA will host its annual loft tour next Saturday February 26th.  You can get information online at www.lynchburglofttour.com.  I have not participated in the tour itself but have viewed many of the lofts searching for a couple who were interested in living in downtown Lynchburg.  Most are not for sale.  Many of the developers received federal funding and had to rent the units for 5 years.  That time period should be coming to an end.  The other problem with selling was that there were no comps in the area for the developers to know how to price them.  If you have time on the 26th, take the tour.  It is well worth your time and you don't need to be in the market!
