Less populated state means a real estate agent, broker, REALTOR in them broadcast a long list of what you don't have that is just as important as what you do.

Like low crime, no gangs, no high priced real estate listings and plentiful affordable properties to select from. Those factors are the sizzle, flavor of the local area. The show and tell about what the folks in your burg do for fun any season, how they are connected and family oriented, hard working. Those are important points to get out beyond the fireplace, stained glass and three bathrooms in your new listing. Why?

And you have to sell them on the area first, then start the cake walk of property listings.

Blog posts are a great way to get the word out to the planet about why you are a big personal fan of your state, county, home town. And usually going hand in hand with the lower population, is less magazine, newspaper options geared just for your area.

It's like Disney, it would not work in a cold weather state with winter snow.

You need year round climate to make it happen and lots of people flocking to that area for the rides because of it. To get bigger, you need bodies, head count to support the more expensive mechanics of the operation. In smaller areas, it's not bigger is better. Simple, lower key, home grown happens.
