ANOTHER GREAT USE OF YOUR PHOTOS .....

Fred CarverI enjoy taking Photos of the areas in Victoria BC I work in.

To add some Visual appeal to my Real Estate Market Reports for areas in Victoria I work in like Oak Bay, Fairfield, James Bay, Fernwood and Saanich East I add a photo of the area to the Blog report.

Often I drive through and do a YouTube Video to show the homes and streets  of a neighborhood too.

Here is a recent Photo I took of the Waterfront in Oak Bay for my South Oak Bay Real Estate Market Blog Report.

Hi Kay...I usually add a Driving the neighborhood Video to my Market Reports . People like to see what an area is like, especially out of town home buyers.
