I recently wrote an offer for a client on an exquisite home in Entrada at Snow Canyon and was at the home today going through it with the inspector. I took a few moments to snap some photos from this fabulous property. Entrada at Snow Canyon is an exclusive guard gated, golf course community situated among the majestic red rocks and lava beds near Snow Canyon State Park.

There are breathtaking views from every window and patio of this home, which is common for most of the homes in Entrada. The views and tranquility are unsurpassed by any other community here in St George. This is a view of Snow Canyon State Park.

Ginny here's the average temps for St George, you'll see it does get below freezing ocassionally in Dec. & Jan.
