I wrote a post a few weeks ago about closing gifts. I mentioned that we take digital pictures of our listings and then when they close we send an email to a local artist and attach a picture of the house. Chaz then does a beautiful sketch and if we need one for the buyer and the seller he makes a copy. The copy is so good you can hardly tell the difference between the original and the copy.
Chaz or Lucy will then deliver the portrait framed or unframed, whatever we want. He is very talented and does a wonderful job. He doesn't only do house portraits. I sent him a picture of my son when he was around seven or eight and he did a small portrait for me. Kids are hard to capture. A lot of artists make them look like weird adults, but he has a wonderful eye.
