Jeff, Pacific Station sounds wonderful!  Was that an outdoor fireplace?  I'm pleasantly surprised to see what you can get in new condos for sale in downtown Encinitas.  The prices are fantastic!

Hi Jeff,

The Pacific Station condos sound interesting, and what a location. How many of us can say we're a short walk to resturants and shopping? It seems to me like this could be a very popular choice for so many, I know it would be a big hit in my area...and then you've got the beautiful blue Pacific nearby!

Jeff - except for the price differences, you are correct that our two areas are extremely similar! Love the video!

John - thanks. These are not my listing but I have had calls and interest and would love to sell one or two.

Ellizabeth - yep it is, in a nicely laid-out common area. I think the prices are pretty good for new homes this close to the ocean. But it IS city living, not a quiet country lane.

Lynda - one reason why why are selling well. And what a terrific second home - you do NOT need a car.

Ginny - no views unfortunately becauase of the trees and the bluff but you know the ocean is there. And if there were views, prices would be quite a bit higher.

Barbara-Jo - and a few more hills here. THanks for the compliment.

Jeff

Jeff,

The older I get the more I think a condo overlooking the water might be in my future. But what would I do with all the blooming cats that hangout on my property?
