We were called in to put our home staging expertise to work for this South Pasadena, CA home. This fabulous pool home, great for entertaining, needed some help to show well for the market.
We were glad the sellers took the recommendation to paint the wooden panels, replace a dining room chandelier, and remove the washer & dryer from the kitchen.
Freshly painted, the house looks so much brighter! 'Lighten and brighten' with a few additional touches is certainly on the list for home staging if they want to attract more prospective buyers to their South Pasadena home.
