Education & Training with Rowlett Real Estate School

Applicants who possess a Florida sales associates license must fulfill their sales associates post licensing education before the expiration of the initial sales associates license or before applying for a broker's license (whichever occurs first)
Broker applicants must successfully complete Course II or an equivalent FREC approved course  (unless qualifying as a broker under the mutual recognition provision.)  Course II consists of 69 hours of instruction plus 3 hours for the end of course examination.

"Broker" is the greatest of all Real Estate "Designations".

Even if you continue to work under another Broker, there is a prestige that comes with the Title.  I encourage all Agents to go for their Broker's License.
