IRONMAN THE WOODLANDS 2011 ~ THE EXCITEMENT BUILDS!
For the first time ever, The Woodlands will be hosting an Ironman competition! The excitement is building and on Saturday, May 21, 2011 thousands of athletes will take on a 2.4 mile swim / 112 mile bike / 26.2 mile run! Now that is what I call dedication!
The entire community is preparing for the visitors, athletes and the route. Many roads will be closed so every Woodlands resident needs to head to the Ironman website and check out the road closures.
There are many volunteering opportunities as well!. If you head to the website, you can simply click on the Volunteer section and see the many jobs that still need helpers.

I will be busy for sure and I can't wait to be a part of it all! My new office is in Market Street where the action will be happening!
