Hopkinton Condo market statistic thru 9/30 2007 2006 vs 2007. The inventory is up by about 25%. The numbers sold is up by 10% while the median saales price and days on market remain flat. This seems to show that while sales have been on par or a little better than last year, inventory seems to be building again.
