Fastest project, biggest impact.
Kitchens' and baths' sell homes. Today I would like to talk about the fastest project that you can do in just one day. Are you ready?
To buy list:
~Shower curtain or window curtain
~Set of new towels.
~Bath rug (we recomend to buy one large piece instead 2 or 3 matching ones)
~Wall art pieces.
~Silk orchid or set of candles
~Paint
Pull walls colors and bath towels form shower curtain.
Your bathroom can be transform from uninviting to actually very nice.
At the Staging Consultation we also recommend painting cabinets and add hardware which is time consuming but fairly inexpensive. And don't forget todeclutter the vanity. Buy storage baskets for the nesseseties only they will look neat inside of bathroom cabinets. If the budget allows than updating light fixtures and change big mirrors to the framed ones will add more character too.
We also recommend that if you don't have separate guest bathroom, than transform kids bathroom into the guest one with nice accessories and shower curtains. Kids bathrooms are fun but they are taste specific and it's better to keep them more neutral when your home is for sale.
In above case customer didn't even paint the walls. Accessories works wonders.
