We are told to work hard and provide for our family.
To eat drink and be merry.
In other words work hard, play hard. However, if we work too hard or play too long it can rob us of the more important things in life and it can also lead to serious health problems.
A key to avoiding overindulgence in anything work or play, is knowing where to draw the line. So here is motivation to change habits, do everything in moderation.
"Everything in moderation" - words of wisdom! I just said those words yesterday when I was filling up my plate at a delicious luncheon with my senior lady friends. It didn't stop me from enjoying their delicious cooking, however! ;)
Dee, if only I would live by those words, LOL. However, I've ALWAYS pushed, pushed, pushed both in work and play. But, honestly, I'm trying, LOL.
Some things I do in moderation others I don't. Can you guess which I don't!! Love & laugh and enjoy life to the max!
