Leasing is hot in Austin Texas these days. Cannot keep a decent lease listing on the market for long. There are too few availablem especially in good school districts. I guess its spreading...Leases are pretty hot here in Southrn California also. This past Monday I sent 7 active leases to a client and on Tuesday morning I checked them out again on the MLS and three of them were pending.
