The Real Estate Zone Is Off And Running!
The real estate zone is off and running!
Well, we completed our first radio show The Real Estate Zone, yesterday and we are are off and running! The reviews that have come in have been very positive, even from some of our toughest critics! My greatest hope is that we were able to get information to our listeners that nobody else is talking about but everyone needs to know! Our guests were Trent Chapman, our short sale expert and Anthony Ramirez, our mortgage expert. Both had the opportunity to introduce themselves to our audience and to share some recent successes they have had recently helping their clients to accomplish their goals!
We also had the opportunity to talk about that latest in short sales and mortgages that anyone can use to their advantage. For instance, Trent shared with us what a HAP short sale is and Anthony shared with us how one of his clients, a navy seal, recently closed on a HAP short sale of his home and closed on the purchase of his next home successfully within 30 days! What an amazing opportunity! Practically no waiting to buy after selling your home by short sale...awesome!
We also had the tremendous opportunity to share with our audience an event that is coming to Los Angeles and more importantly for our area, San Diego! If you read this blog regularly, you know about NACA
! The Neighborhood Assistance Corproration of America! This is an organization that is dedicated to helping homeowners save their homes by helping with their loan modifications or in some instances, low interest rate refinances. I am so excited about what they are doing I have volunteered to work the "Save-The-Dream-Tour" event coming to San Diego June 10-14 at the San Diego Convention Center!
If you need help with your loan modification and you would like to attend a NACA "Save-The-Dream-Tour", simply go to naca.com and click on the location near you and fill out the form to register to attend. Last January, NACA brought this tour to the LA Sport Arena and thousands of homeowners camped out and stood in amazingly long lines just to get some help with their home loans!
The real advantage to this "Save-The-Dream-Tour" is that they work with all the major lenders, including Chase and homeowners can meet face-to-face with a loan advisor and many of the lenders have underwriters or software their on location so many homeowners can get an answer quickly! In fact, nearly half of the attendees can get an answer on their loan modification the same day!
