Hello Everyone. It's me!

And judging by the emails that I received, at least a couple of you have missed me (Thanks Pamela St. Peter).

So Leander, whats been going on with you?

A few of you know that one of my other business ventures has caused me to move my practice from NJ to MD. It has been a busy year. Selling a house in NJ in a down market, building a house in MD and last but not least......MOVING.

WHAT A PAIN!

As a result, I have plenty of things to blog about when I return. I am in the process of getting licensed in Maryland. In the mean time, my business partner Jonathan Palmore is handling our New Jersey. If you are looking for a client focused, dynamic NJ Realtor who will work 110% for you,

☂Leander, I was just thinking about you this morning and decided to mosey on over and see what's going on in your world. NO clue how I missed this post ~ BUT am just so happy to hear that all is well and busy. I read today where you passed your broker exam in MD! Well done sir! I sometimes wonder if I had to take the whole exam again how I'd do. So I'll be watching as to who you hook up with ~ they will be one lucky company!
